What is in a name?
All the cool awards have nicknames. The Antoinette Perry Award for Excellence in Theatre is just called a Tony. The American Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences have their Oscar. So what should the nickname for the T Plays Audience Favorite be? We have listed several options in the poll to the right. Take a moment and vote. I want to vote for more than one of these choices!
My vote for award name is "The Charlie Award for best Theatrical Production of an MBTA Ride" or for short "The Charlie" as in Charlie Card, as in Charlie on the MBTA. Whatever you end up calling it, great plays and good times were enjoyed by me.
